Team Assets

Compared with a personal space, a team space is better for managing shared assets in company projects. Members can create from the same materials and aesthetic styles, reducing repeated uploads and making visual direction easier to keep consistent.

Asset type

What it is for

Materials

Save brand images, product photos, references, and common visual resources so members can use them directly during creation.

Aesthetics

Save shared aesthetic styles so generated results stay closer to a unified brand or project direction.

The asset library helps teams manage commonly used images and references. You can keep materials in your own library or publish reusable resources as team materials.

Tab

Description

Team

Materials available to team members, such as brand images, product photos, references, and project visuals.

Mine

Personal materials saved in the current team space, useful for resources you are using yourself.

Shared

Materials shared directly with you, useful for focused collaboration or stage-based resource sync.

After materials are published to the team, members can reuse them in later work without everyone uploading the same images repeatedly.

If a material folder should only be used by some members, invite specific members in the asset space or generate a sharing link. This supports both team assets and smaller collaboration scopes.

Team aesthetics

Aesthetic styles can also be saved and reused in the team space. Members can generate with the same style so outputs from different people stay more consistent.

Tab

Description

Team

Shared aesthetics for brand style, project style, or series-level visual direction.

Mine

Aesthetics you saved or trained yourself, useful for personal exploration and temporary creation.

When members generate from the same team aesthetic, outputs become more stable and visual language is easier to maintain.

In Mine, open the aesthetic card menu and choose Publish to team. After confirmation, members can see and use the aesthetic in the Team tab.

Make assets reusable over time

The goal of team assets is not one-time storage. It is to make assets useful in future projects. Materials can act as generation references, and aesthetics can guide style. Together they help the team build a stable creative foundation faster.

Before

After

Materials are scattered across different members and must be repeatedly found and uploaded.

Common materials are centralized in the team space and can be used directly.

Everyone generates with separate styles, making results inconsistent.

The team can reuse a shared aesthetic, making series outputs more stable.

Project knowledge stays with individuals and is hard to continue.

Useful materials and styles become team assets that future projects can reuse.
